Communities Finance Officers Association (CFOA) has been monitoring progress in local self-government reforms in Armenia since the establishment of local self-government system and has been preparing reports about it. Since 2004, CFOA has published nine books, each includes reports for one or more years with analyses and assessments of the local self-government sector. 

Presentation of “Local Self-government in Armenia” (2017) book, which is 10^th anniversary edition was held on October 10. It is devoted to the study and coverage of the reforms carried out in 2017 and identifies the key issues in local self-government sector, draws certain conclusions and offers recommendations for the solution of these problems and the continuation of the reforms.

“Local Self-government in Armenia” book is published in the framework of USAID funded “Civic Engagement in Local Governance” program.
