On March 3-4 capacity building workshop within the framework of “Civic Engagement in Local Governance” program was held in Aghveran Best Western hotel. The workshop was organized by EPF for CFOA staff members and was focused on internal communication, management and delegation.

Participants discussed a number of topics, including:

• “Expert” and “manager”: combination of functions or division of labor?
• Text, reporting, communication, etc. Mandatory standards and mandatory specifics
• Work with partners, regulation of external communications
• How to fix the result?

Participants had the opportunity to participate also in team works, which aimed at effective division of labor and the development of the skills of employees.

In the end, CFOA Chairman Vahan Movsisyan concluded that the workshop was very informative and purposeful.
